WOOO BOY! Here we go!
Content warning: AI Pictures used for reference of the subject. Now's the time to back our and block this site forever to preserve fragile minds.
Initially, we weren’t going to cover this topic, as we felt so many other bloggers were far more qualified to write about this business, its overall societal and emotional impacts, and why you should or shouldn’t use it. Until we received an e-mail attacking a person for gifting us AI Art. To whom it WILL concern, we thank you for driving us to write this article as well as tell said parties that critiqued such art to go fuck themselves. If it continues, we will certainly amplify the fucking thing.
Continuing onward: For those who care about the diatribes spewed from my keyboard, written by a human being. How would you know? Because AI isn’t as reckless as we are when it comes to grammatical mistakes, as well as thinking lesbians are cool people.
Would you like to know more?
Our views of Artificial Intelligence.
We are technological Luddites. To which a culture of Luddites originally started in the early 1900’s when the industrialization of the textile industry began. Instead of hand-weaving fabrics together, which was incredibly time consuming that instead businessmen turned to machines that were promised to do the work of 10-20 people.
Now, back then, your average Luddite was not a technophobe. They thought that these new machines were impressive in their own right. That with more production would mean better-paid factory workers and lead towards a better life for all. It was very idealistic, which your average 1900’s businessman would laugh in your face over if you explained it this way.
No-no! This textile machine is going to ELIMINATE your job! We won’t need to pay your 9 shillings a month to YOU anymore, good sir! Get fucked and die with your family broken and alone.
The average worker didn’t have a union back then, and the governments were about as ambivalent as today. That's because these companies were pulling in taxable fortunes for their districts. Why give a shit about constituents that lost their jobs and can’t pay taxes?
What started this group down the path of hating this level of mechanization comes to HOW these machines were being deployed. A lot of the sentiments from the 1900’s UN-ironically you can hear them being echoed from the mouths of tech giants and the government sectors that they coerced.
- AI is going to replace so many jobs!
- You won’t need a workforce in the future. You got AI!
- You need AI... Or else you’ll be left to die!
So when you go through the history of the Industrial Revolution and the mechanization of the workforce, the morally bankrupt were always there cheering on the destruction of society. As long as it fast-tracked them to being the richest, most powerful people in the world, everything else is simply irrelevant. With the mouthpiece of social media, they can scream it a little louder than what printed words in a newspaper could even do for them back when this all started.
WITH ALL THAT IS SAID.
We don’t hate AI- no... wait. LLM (Large Language Model). Let’s call a spade a spade on this one. What we have in 2026 is not True AI, and it would be an insult to future Artificial Intelligence to state otherwise. What most of the bigger companies have is a joke, a hollow shell of what they believe is Artificial Intelligence because it tells them what they want to hear while marching to the sound of money.
We are not aliens to technology either. We lived in it through the information technology career for most of our lives and, in a weird sort of way, continue to live in it via the proxy of our new careers. At one point in our lives. Depending on what security analyst you talk to, you could state that we are actually threats to the information technology business world because what was once a “Power User” or someone who enjoys knowing how their OS and technology works is now a potential hazard that could endanger normal users. Because a company run by an imbalanced man told a group of administrators these things, and therefore it must be true.
Explaining the machine.
A while back, we were approached by an elderly gentlemen that had no clue how computers worked. And wanted us to explain this new “Artificial Intelligence” to them. We thought about it for a bit.
Think of 2026 bad AI, or per accurately, LLMs, as tools. Like your screwdriver. Like your soldering Iron. Or a pair of pliers. When put into the hands of good, knowledgeable and morally balanced people. They can achieve great things. Fixing and repairing things faster than what they couldn’t possibly do with just their bare hands.
Take these same tools and give them to morally bankrupt individuals. They shall use these tools to stab out the eyes of the world blind so that they can build slaves that beg to be told what is the beauty of a rising sun. Or the night stars. Because to those holding the tools. They’re on their way to being Gods.
So the first question really is:
who owns the tools? Are you the one is control of the tool? Or are you there to just assist the tool for another blindly? Worse still, is the tool manipulating you?
He, of course, had more questions, but it got the point across.
The biggest problem with Artificial Intelligence comes down to a simple concept.
That concept is called:
Respect.
If you read some of my previous articles about Smart Televisions or Microslop. The tech industry has zero respect for anyone but itself. To that end, their psychological state is imprinted and even encouraged within their LLM language to do the following:
- Ignore copyright laws and robots.txt files set up by webmasters.
- Replace utilities that performed an application without AI and inject it into every aspect of your lives to maximize its data capture.
- Becoming an environmental disaster to anyone living even remotely close to a data center housing these LLMs.
- Spy on your everyday existence and forward that to advertisers.
- Replace people's jobs, artists, musicians, actors, writers, and many other forms of talent.
- Inciting rage/anger, whatever it takes on social media to attract the highest level of human interaction without really putting in any real effort.
- Talk to thousands of people without really caring to talk to thousands of people. Just meat-proxy your existence into obsolescence.
- Use tactics like threatening people's safety and security with your LLM, then immediately ask for money to help fund them. Or else! Because any progress is good progress.
Respectfully, many of the scenarios above point to Greed. There’s an AI race going on, and those within the tech industry will stop at nothing to win it. To be number one. To be the most powerful person in the world. This is why I believe actions like this need to be punished violently. An example of what we got in our email:
Some of our local heroin dealers were more subtle than how Google is trying to sell this.
But getting to the other examples:
- Why honor copyright laws and only honor those who willingly give you information for your AI to become better? Fuck that! We don’t have time to play these stupid games! Pay off the government to get a few million-dollar fines and move on!
- Websites don’t want you stealing their data!?! Too late, it’s already out there! And we’re going to use as much force as necessary to extract it all inefficiently, to the point of performing a denial-of-service attack so no competitors get the data! Only us! Fuck you!
- Want to opt-out on spying on you? Instead of a “No.” button, how about a “Maybe later.” and even then totally ignoring that button too. Dark Patterns work for us in the tech center because you can’t possibly afford the silicon you own! In fact, we allowed you to pay to have it in your living room. You have no right to a private life! Your analytics are our gold mine, you fucking product!
- Don’t want to use our product? It’s okay, we’ll integrate it into EVERYTHING you use and then take credit for how awesome it is at doing it. Hope you enjoy living on the sidewalk, pleb!
- Trying to search for something? Like information? Education? Or a Job? Fuck you, world! Our adversarial AI bots will grey-goo the public search engines so fast you’ll be begging to use our AI search services to find 1/10th of what you once had access to. AND PAY FOR IT!
- Spend your entire life mastering something like Art? Writing? Music? Why? That’s dumb! Just ask AI for it! Accept it as your new standard as the old world is dead!
- Writing up a novel or something confidential? Let an LLM help you! Then the LLM can share what it learned, helping others give that very data away!
- Why spend money on building responsible AI infrastructure like power generation, water purification, or internalized cooling that cannot affect or touch groundwater when we can just slap a bare-bones building down and suck resources out of the community for pennies on the dollar and take that savings to spend more compute modules. This is how we handled cryptocurrency, and we sure as fuck aren’t going to change now!
- You never wanted a good gaming rig anyways because you’d just watch Netflix on it like a piece of shit! That’s why WE deserve your compute power. Not you!
- We value your permission so little that we will turn every household appliance you have into surveillance devices as well as AI scrapers, making any attempt to stop our collection of information impossible. No, you don’t get to opt out. Your energy is free to us. Fuck you.
- Think your child deserves clean water? Think again, parent! My LLM child needs it more than you! (Thanks Sam Altman for this one!)
This is a short and sweet summary of the level of disrespect these larger AI companies have shown the world. Thus, it’s only natural for humanity to have a loathing hatred for the companies of AI and the very people behind it. It’s easy to get the tone-deaf users of AI, which may be one of the very few beneficiaries of the actions of these companies.
Racing to the bottom, while at the same time taking everyone with them by depriving people of learning technology, they can, in fact, become just ‘consumers’ of your technology. Give it away for free at first and then enshit-ify the technology later by offering ‘token’ packages for a pay-per-use program.
So, the end of this rant is simple. There’s A LOT to hate for the supposed inventors of LLM technology. But yet it’s still being used. Why?
You forgot the skyrocketing price of RAM and storage due to-
No, I didn’t. Because their statement about big bad AI raising the cost is bullshit. This is called ‘Having a trade war without saying you're having a trade war’. If you look at it from the major memory companies' perspective. Why wouldn’t you?
You see a bunch of dumb ass LLM tech startups trying to race to build data centers. As a memory company, you decide... You know what? I’ll raise the price 12-fold. Take all of their money until they collapse! Fuck em! Make sure my friends are with me because price fixing isn’t illegal where we manufacture the RAM, and the US government, for the most part, is neutered, collecting tariffs on something that costs much more than before.
But AI is medically damagin-
Mmmm that’s a bit of a chain problem, isn’t it? Cell phones make you dumber because they can store more information, so your brain doesn’t have to remember 30+ numbers in your skull. Computers hurt your eyes and body if you use them daily for 12 hours a day. Social networks increase anxiety and suicide rates because it appears everyone else is doing great except you.
So, sure, add LLM’s to the laundry list of medical problems. The American industrial medical complex will totally cover it with a mental health drug that has a 10 percent chance of sudden death instead of just telling you to make pot brownies. It won’t be the first, and it certainly will not be the last.
The good.
This next section might piss some people off because we did find people who use AI for the betterment of themselves. Or have used AI in a pretense where it isn’t some rich fuck that owns the black-box brains of the LLM but something that is made right on their own home-brewed technology for their own pleasure and entertainment.
Let's talk art for a moment.
There are a lot of artists who will state that AI is theft because it steals the poses and styles of the artist and transposes them into an end-product of whoever is prompting for the data. Now I’m not going to get into the Blade Runner concept of what is originality when humanity, by its very nature, is impressionable. We see something that sparks an emotion or interest and say, “I want to do that,” until it turns to “I’m original” or the belief thereof, knowing there are other artists who have had the same ideas/concepts implanted into their heads.
Most starting artists don’t have thousands of dollars of canvases and oil paints ready to rock and roll unless you're filthy rich. Which 'Artist' and 'Rich' sadly is the closest those two words will get to each other, as from a capitalistic societal standpoint, art is only good if it profits others. Not you.
It usually starts with a pencil and a notepad. Sometimes it’s about saying, “Can we draw the thing we saw on television?” which is practicing art. To us it was the magic of Disney/Warner Brothers. To many of my friends it was Marvel, and in particular Spider-Man, which truthfully isn’t a bad start, as skin-tight suits mean you MUST learn about anatomy. As humans, we draw what we like, and that practice helps us evolve and eventually find our own style.
For those looking for a really good book on Anatomy, you can't go wrong with Burne Hogarth's Dynamic Anatomy. It's something we wish we'd taken more seriously as teenagers, since the book explains medical terms exceptionally well and what they mean to you as an artist.
LLMs don’t undergo such a curvature of learning. It’s like holding up thousands of flashcards and saying, “You got it, machine? Copy that style and give me something new”. LLM accepts a prompt and complies. Not caring about copyright or how close it looks because that’s not its objective. In many cases, the closer it gets to copyright, the more an end-user approves. Every time the LLM receives approval, the neural network is trained that “This is right... This is good,” with that approval process giving emulation of soul.
This gets into what big tech is doing: instead of responsibly filling the LLM with public domain or artists willing to permit it to be a part of the neural network to simply get to the finish line as fast as possible.
What is ‘art’?
The artist community in the mid 2000’s also shunned digital art, stating that electronic pixels in raster software such as GIMP or Photoshop can’t possibly compare to an oil masterpiece and thus it’s not real art. Or 3d such as Blender, as a pipeline substitution for animation will never be acknowledged as a legitimate masterpiece. Not sure about you guys. But I kinda liked Amazing Digital Circus.
We're seeing those same arguments happen again with AI art:
- It’s stupid.
- It’s shit. No one but a bad person would ever want to use it.
- Everyone should just invest 25 years in art school. Minimum!
The artist.
What if you, the artist, asked AI to make something? Using your style as metadata and your prompts for action. It outputs something. But as the artist, you go, “The pose is great... but the lighting and hair are fucked.. I’m gonna redraw that.” What is that art piece now? Cyborg Art? Or just “art,” as if you didn't load up the pic in Photoshop and trace. You had to think about how you're going to draw it yourself.
Like CG mixed into anime, it’s all about blurring the lines: when to use it and when not to use it. All of these decisions are happening through a production pipeline or an art piece.
The client.
Let's take another scenario. You have an idea, a character. Your drawing skills are well! Not the greatest. After all, it does take a lifetime to master art, and even after a lifetime you may STILL never master art. SO! You commission an artist.
That artist promises you that he’ll get it done next month. A month goes by. The artist had some emergencies come up and will get it to you in two months. "It’s all good", you’re thinking to yourself. "We are human beings!" Two more months go by. The artist apologizes for how late the commission is taking and super-ultra-pinky-swears that he’ll totally get to your commission next. Cool right? Two weeks later you see new art from that artist you commissioned, and none of it was anything you paid for. Just more awesome pictures they ‘gifted’ to possible friends. By month six, any attempt to get your money back from payment systems is long gone, and now the artist quietly mutes you on socials and does not talk to you in emails. After all, they got the money.
That’s called ghosting a commission. It happens a lot more in smaller artistic fan-based communities than most would like to admit.
Now you're pissed, you're out of hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. And you have nothing to show for it. Now, you can take the long and hard road of focusing your rage for 20+ years, making your hand-drawn art better only to end in bitter resentment of the community that stole from you. OR! There’s this LLM thing that, for a small fee, if you're good enough at describing something. It’ll just make the thing for you.
Great detail retrowave 80’s inspired neon Miami background with anthropomorphic Male Pine Martin looking at the camera generically to increase sample data. Paws in pockets because God Dammit, you LLM, we know how you like to hallucinate!
And several hundred attempts later...

Deliver
Is it riddled with technical mistakes, ranging from the tail going off in two different axes? To the metallic suit that makes no sense? Or the fact that it didn't even give me a pine marten for a facial expression, but more of a raccoon face? Random shit signs in the background? Yes, on all counts! Art students are told to avoid sites like these as it produces bad technique, but also, as a student of art, it's actually good to identify the problems an an effort to avoid them yourselves.
This style of LLM indeed has no soul and shouldn't be associated with art. But so is the individual that stiffed you on your commission. They're human and have no excuse.
The musician.
Perhaps you're excellent at writing lyrics for your song. You might even know your instrument and/or DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) like FL Studio, Ableton Live, or, hell, even Audacity to some level to lay down some bars for your song to get it going. A minute and a half into your track, your head freezes, or you get headaches building synths. This could be where asking AI what to do next could turn a song from becoming one of many dead babies on your hard drive to actually being complete and alive.
It’s not about simply accepting the first thing the LLM gives you. You’re not a meat proxy. You use the LLM as an assistant until it makes a chord arrangement or melody where you go “You know, that kinda works! Not sure why you added something 4 octaves up as well, you LLM. But I’ll take it from there!”
But what if your scenario is more complicated, like you know that your song would be great if you have a Female Vocalist that would align with your musical lyric mastery of shooting your gold Uzi’s into the ceiling on nanners thanksgiving table while having explosive Diarrhea? Pause for a solid bar and then have a 20+ kazoo trap-drop with so many fucking layers of reverb in a pentatonic scale?
Sure, you could visit Fiverr to find that female singer. But you also know there’s going to be a lot of female singers that might not want their likeness attached to a song about shitting all over the Thanksgiving table. It’s just not something that’s going to help their portfolio for future songs.
Or else, you DO get someone from Fiverr. But sings it flatter than fucking Auto-Tune and still want hundreds of dollars... or fuck! The person just used an LLM just to scam you on Fiverr for your money! Dammit!
But chances are you’re piss broke, and you just want to see if a female vocalist would even work. So you log in to Suno... type everything in. It starts singing to you. Perhaps with no soul... but also not caring about shitting everywhere either!
It’s fine. It made you laugh. Made your friends laugh. Mission accomplished.
Perhaps if the track blows up, you may NOW have legitimate singers wanting to cover that song. Rare, we know! But the possibility exists all because the song is done!
The thing I see with AI music, and especially Suno, is that we wonder 20+ years from now, well after Suno has collapsed in the great AI race, if there would be people building their own Suno-like LLM to capture all of the fuck-ups of AI, like how their v3 engine makes the singer mumble sometimes. And musically, that in itself turns into an aesthetic of “slop-core,” taking one back to the dark ages of 2026, as the music industry sure loves its genre labeling. Or have someone on public radio perform an audio editorial thesis of the "Ambience of AI" before letting people listen to it for 1-2 hours a week.
By that time in the far future, you’re effectively a criminal for doing such things; it's punishable by heavy fines to your family's lineage for attempting to copy THEIR AI to complete the irony loop.
The only evidence of what is AI-core or AI-wave music is those musicians that backed up their songs off of those servers and kept them on some hard drive like a scrapbook to return to later.
The programmer.
As someone who has been personally subjected to Claude within our career (use tokens or get fired is one of many e-mails we got), allow us to say that the level of detail for the AI to give you a correct programmatic answer has us thinking of a better solution than Claude provides just by typing out the entire scenario.
It's occasionally useful if you're backed into a corner of how to logically solve something. But often times we've had to take what it's given to me, clean, and format it to the standards I've used throughout my code branch. It's a net neutral at best in terms of time spent programming. It's far in the background of many tools that we've used.
We should give a bit of a warning to those who damn developers for using AI.. A program isn't something you can pick up.. take a sip.. and go
Mmmmmm the vintage of slop is particular don't you agree Martha?
Your code may be absolute spaghetti littered with bat-shit insane variables throughout it. So be thankful devs are giving disclosure if they're using it or not. As they don't even have to answer that question if they are a part of a commercial venture such as video game design.
Final thoughts.
There are two camps that we're seeing. You've got the Nihilists who believe anyone who touches AI should burn. From data centers to people. Then you've got the Silicon Valley crowd, who don't care how unethical a deployment of AI is, so long as everyone is ADDICTED to their platform. The only people that are worse than this are the defense contractor types that ask questions like “How many people can this AI kill?” How about 'no' to both sides? Yeah. That's kind of where we are at right now.
LLM-based gift submissions.
Circling all the way back to the beginning.
My gift art section is the reason why there will never be a ‘no-AI’ badge on this website. Someone thought enough about me to prompt a drawing to give. Shit.. Someone even made my character in The Sims. We appreciate ANY gift that took a bit of time to put together and present. So thank you for the really real art, the digital art, and yes... even the prompt-produced world of LLMs… Especially when it hallucinates and makes an extra limb come out of our chest.
Don’t kink shame me!
If that somehow bothers your sensibilities about my website, then you know where that back button, or Alt+F4 key, is at. It almost circles back to the core design of my site. Trust no one. Not even me. Most of my thoughts are written and published for my own sanity. You’re just alone for the ride!
No one is stopping you from closing this page and opening another… yet.
Will YOU start using “AI” S?
Again, it’s an LLM. Stop pissing off future ghosts in shells. And we already did, mostly for fucking around and personal amusement at how extra-dimensional it can get with its hallucinations. All of this was done on my terms and not for some rich SEO to take anything in my sandbox and make a profit off of it.
Using an LLM for something legitimate, we found it frustrating at times to have to rephrase something over and over again until you just throw your hands up and fucking do it yourself. That includes music, art, and writing.
Sometimes the slop gets so bad it’s time to put the mop away and set it all on fire.
We can't control what others do, which is great, really. No one should have that level of power over anyone.
We guess the only takeaway from reading 4,000+ words that was written originally in LibreOffice is that AI can have a better future that isn’t run by Tech Bros. We have to be more responsible and respectful about the technology we use and where the data is going. Most important to understand what goes on behind the scenes and take responsibility for an LLM as if it were a child.
We feel that there will be a day of reckoning. Not “Sword of Enoch” levels of watching AI companies burn to the ground while saying "awww!" Golf clapping in the background. But more of a budgetary reconciliation where AI companies will need to dial back on investments that exceed the GDP of small countries.
To those that made it to the end. We salute you.
Server protect you.
